Clean, good value for money for Hamburg although it was slightly out of the city centre. Just over a 5 minute walk to the S bahn.

Breakfast was decent, you have to pay extra, though. The staff was top notch, very helpful, very friendly. Highlight of our stay! I liked the simplicity of the room, the beds were comfy. Everything was clean.

Breakfast was good, WIFI Ok, clean hotel, big bathroom and looks fresh & newly refurbished. Good underground parking, per car reserved parking number, but limited parking places. Lucky, we got one without any earlier reservation.

Clean and spacious room for a family of four. Perfect for a one-night stay. Breakfast had good value for money. Free parking was available close by. BUS station (for the BUS line to Hamburg City Center) was just in front of the hotel.

Great location, close to S-Bahn. Simple check-in and -out. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room, not too tiny. Very nice breakfast: delicious coffee, bread, cheese, etc. All you need for a perfect short stay.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations with its excellent service and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Nice location close to Ottensen, quiet even though close to a big road. The room met my expectation and had all the equipment I needed (including AC).

The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming and understanding. They addressed our requests immediately (we were in Hamburg for the marathon and had particular requests). Tobias Schindler in particular was extremely nice and accommodating, we couldn’t thank him enough. We would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I thought the hotel was exceptional except for the last night a group of young people in rooms 2nd floor were running up and down the corridor to 1.15am I did speak with them several times eventually they settled down. The staff and facilities were excellent.
